By submitted this registration, you are acknowledging that: (1) Emmanuel Baptist Church has taken all reasonable steps to keep your child safe and protected while attending AWANA. This includes background screenings on all volunteers 18 years of age and older as well as reasonable steps to preventing the spread of infectious diseases. (2) You are agreeing Emmanuel Baptist Church will take any reasonable steps in treating your child(ren) in the event of a medical emergency. This includes immediate life-saving actions such as CPR, the use of an AED machine, calling 911 and assisting medical professionals in the transport of your child(ren) to the emergency department. (3) By registering your child(ren), you acknowledge that there are physical games and activities in the AWANA program in which injuries may occur and that you are assuming all risks on behalf of your child(ren) and will not hold Emmanuel responsible for accidental injuries. (4) By submitting this form you are giving permission to Emmanuel Baptist Church to record sounds, images, or video of your child(ren) while attending the AWANA program. Further, by submitting this registration, you also give permission for Emmanuel Baptist Church as its sole discretion to use these sounds, images, or videos in publications (including print, website, and social media platforms) owned by Emmanuel Baptist Church in relation to this AWANA program.
Registration fees, books, and jerseys
The fee for the CUBBIE program is $25.00 per child, with a $80 max fee per family ($80 max is calculated when adding siblings in K-6, whose AWANA fee is $30). The fee will cover the costs of AWANA uniform (jersey), handbooks, materials, supplies, and awards. If your family is not able to cover the fee, there are scholarships available.
Generous members of our Emmanuel family have provided full or partial scholarships to families who otherwise could not cover the full cost. If you would like to receive a scholarship, there are two different types of scholarships.
1) A partial scholarship. If you would like to request a partial scholarship, click the payment dropdown menu and select "Request Partial Scholarship" and enter the amount of money that you can pay (do not enter the amount of scholarship you're requesting). This is a "pay what you can" scholarship.
2) A full scholarship. If you would like to request a full scholarship, click the payment dropdown menu and select "Request Full Scholarship" and enter the amount of $0.
WHAT IF I HAVE A CUBBIE AND OLDER CHILDREN?
If you have a Cubbie and children in the AWANA program (Sparks / T&T), you will need to do one of two things depending on your situation.
If you have 3 or more children that you are registering, then you qualify for our maximum family fee of $80. If that's you, then click the option below that says, "Request Full Scholarship." Then, when you register your older children, simply click the 3+ children option in the payment field.
If you have one cubbie and one older child, please pay on each individual form.
